The length of the belt is measured from end to end. Measure around the smallest part of your waist then ensure you get one that is big enough to have some overlap as you will need it for the buckle.
For example, the smallest part of my waist is 71cm. I have the small belt and when I have it on there is an overlap of 20cm. In order to determine the best size for you measure your waist then add on 20-30cm and get that size. Eg: if your waist measurement is 86cm get the medium or large belt.
